Mondays are not much fun. I don't like them. Oh well. Let's talk about happy things instead...
On Friday afternoon I bought the lovely Washington's new album, "I believe you liar" and I am absolutely loving it. I'm loving it to the point where I think I'm going to get sick of it if I don't stop listening to it. But that's what I do when I really love music - I listen to it over and over and over again until I know all of the words and can sing along loudly in my car. So, thank you Ms Washington for brightening up my Monday morning! Hopefully this will brighten up yours as well.
So unusual, but pretty melody and strong voice. Love it! xx
ReplyDeleteI love her voice and song writing as well. My brother in law met her at splendor (he's doing a doco on another band) and he seemed pretty chuffed. Her music does make Monday alittle more tolerable.
